GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms and Conditions of Business

§ 1
Scope of application
Subject to individual agreements and arrangements that take precedence over these GENERAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the following terms and conditions shall apply exclusively to all contracts
concluded between us and the customer via this online shop.

§ 2
Conclusion of contract
1.) The presentation of our products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer to
conclude a purchase contract. Rather, it is a non-binding invitation to order goods in the online shop.
With your order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. A purchase contract is
only concluded through our acceptance of your offer either by sending an order confirmation by
email to the email address you have provided or with the delivery of the goods.

2.) The order via our online shop comprises the following steps:

2.1 In the first step, you select the desired goods and their quantity from the presented goods, which
you collect in a so-called shopping cart by clicking the button "add to cart".

2.2 By clicking the button "shopping cart" you get an overview of the selected items. You can remove
products from the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "remove" button.

2.3 If you would like to purchase the items in the shopping basket, click on the "Checkout" button.
You can then proceed to the checkout as a guest or register as a customer. If you are already
registered as a customer, fill in the fields "email address" and "password" and then click on the
button "register".

If you are not yet registered as a customer, click either on the button "register" or "order as a guest".
Accept the data protection declaration by ticking it off and then click on the "send" button.

2.4 Then enter your desired shipping address and click on the "continue" button. In the next step,
enter your desired billing address and select the desired payment method. In addition, you must
accept that you have read and understood the cancellation policy and the general terms and
conditions of business, in each case by clicking on the fields provided for this purpose on the left-
hand side next to

I have taken note of the cancellation policy and
I accept your General Terms and Conditions.
Then click on the Continue button.

2.5 You now have the opportunity to check your order once again and, if necessary, to correct it by
clicking on "edit" before you send your order to us by clicking on "send order".

2.6 After sending your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by email. This
does not constitute a confirmation of contract. The acceptance of your offer to conclude the contract
will only be made by a separate email (order confirmation) or by sending the goods.

§ 3
Cancellation policy
1.) Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation
period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,
has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the
exercise of the right of revocation or the goods received from us before the expiry of the revocation
period.

2.) Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the goods
delivered correspond to the goods ordered.

We must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, with the exception of the
delivery costs just regulated, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which the
returned goods are received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that
you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no
circumstances will we charge you any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof
that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14
days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The time limit is met if
you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

§ 4
Subject matter of the contract
1.) The subject of the contract are the articles selected by you in the context of the order and stated
in our order confirmation at the final prices stated in the online shop.2.) The quality of the ordered
goods is determined by the article descriptions in the online shop. The illustrations may only
represent the articles inaccurately; in particular the colours may differ for technical reasons.

3.) If the item ordered by you is no longer available at the time of your order, we will inform you
immediately about the unavailability before accepting the order. In this case, a contract will not be
concluded. Any consideration already received will be refunded immediately.

§ 5
Delivery and dispatch
1.) We deliver within Germany, where the delivery is free of shipping costs

2.) We deliver with the European Union for a service charge of € 15,-

3.) Delivery is made within five days for standard shipping and by the day after next for express
shipping, unless the item description of the product you ordered indicates a different delivery time.
The delivery period begins on the day after receipt of the payment order by the remitting bank or, in
the case of payment by PayPal, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends on the following
fifth day in the case of standard dispatch and on the day after next in the case of express dispatch. If
the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of
delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

§ 6
Prices and payment
1.) The prices stated are final prices in euros and include the statutory value added tax.

2.) Payment can be made by bank transfer or via the online payment procedure PayPal.

If payment is made in advance, we will inform you of the bank details and the order number with the
order confirmation. The purchase price is then to be transferred to the specified account within
seven calendar days of notification, stating the order number in the reason for payment.

§ 7
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 8
Warranty
The warranty rights shall be governed by the general statutory provisions.

§ 9
Contract text
The contract text of your order is stored. You can view and print out the text of the contract and the
General Terms and Conditions at any time in your personal customer account. In addition, we will
send you the order data and the General Terms and Conditions by email.

§ 10
Dispute resolution
For the out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs arising from
online legal transactions, the EU Commission has set up a European platform for dispute resolution
on the Internet as of 15 February 2016. This platform can be accessed under the external link:
http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§ 11
Final provisions
1.) The contract shall be concluded exclusively in German.

2.) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN
Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless this restricts mandatory
statutory provisions of the state in which the consumer is domiciled or habitually resident.

3.) Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially
invalid or later lose their validity, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
