We try to match the colors as accurately as possible (each item is photographed individually by us and not simply colored using computer programs), but the colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or camera exposure.

What payment methods are there?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or via the online payment method PayPal.
If you pay by bank transfer, we will provide you with the bank details and the order number with the order confirmation. The purchase price must then be transferred to the specified account within seven calendar days of notification, stating the order number in the purpose.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany we deliver free of charge.
What shipping options are there?
We deliver via DHL.
How long are the delivery times?
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we will ship the goods via DHL within 2 working days after receipt of payment. If you have any questions about the status of an order, please send us an email.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
If payment is received by 12 p.m. (Monday to Friday), orders will be shipped the same day.
How can I return something?
We wish our customers a lot of joy with the ordered articles. If you are not satisfied with your order, you naturally have the right to return goods to us. Please always contact us by email before returning the goods. This prevents unnecessary costs from being incurred.

– Always enclose a copy of the invoice with the shipment.
– Make sure that the goods are returned unused and well packaged.
